With extensive global experience in the fine wine sector, Jen joined Crimson Wine Group as its Chief Executive Officer in December 2019. She brings to the company inspirational leadership skills and an industrywide reputation for delivering results and leading high-performing teams in a collaborative and innovative style. Prior to joining Crimson, Jen was Senior Vice President of U.S. Luxury and Direct-to-Consumer Sales, Americas, at Treasury Wine Estates (TWE), a publicly traded global wine company, based in Melbourne, Australia. A Northwest native, Jen previously was Director of National Wholesale, Export and Direct-to-Consumer Sales at Willakenzie Estate and was Pacific Senior Regional Sales Manager at Chalone Wine Group. She began her hospitality industry career more than 20 years ago as a wine buyer and training manager at several fine-dining restaurants in Seattle.
Nicolas Quille was most recently General Manager and Head Winemaker of Banfi Vintners’ boutique portfolio of wineries in the Northwest U.S. He spent the last 26 years in a variety of winegrowing positions in both France and the United States. In addition to his role with Banfi, his U.S. experience includes winegrowing and management positions with Pacific Rim and Bonny Doon. Prior to moving to the United States, Nicolas worked in Burgundy (Antonin Rodet and Domaine Prieur), Provence (Domaine de la Courtade), Champagne (Laurent Perrier) and Portugal (Taylor’s Port). He holds a master’s degree in Enology from the University of Dijon, Burgundy, a master’s degree in Sparkling Winery Management from the University of Reims, Champagne, an MBA from the University of Washington and is a member of the prestigious Institute of Masters of Wine.
Adam joined the Crimson Executive Team in December 2023. A Certified Public Accountant, he most recently served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Accounting, for the Duckhorn Portfolio, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange-listed wine company that he joined in 2018. Over the last few years, he has held key roles in areas including corporate finance, M&A, financial reporting, and tax. Earlier in his career, he worked for Deloitte as an external auditor and for Ernst & Young’s financial accounting advisory practice.
Alexis joined Crimson in May 2020 to lead the Global Sales and Brand Marketing teams. She is a passionate leader with strong commercial acumen and bottom line focus, and is skilled at aligning sales, marketing and strategy to achieve business objectives. In this newly created position, Alexis brings to Crimson more than 15 years of wine industry experience, most recently as Senior Vice President of Marketing at DAOU Vineyards and Winery. She previously was Vice President of Commercial Strategy and On-Premise for Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) in the Americas, one of the world’s largest wine companies, headquartered in Melbourne, Australia. At TWE Napa for six years, Alexis led a team of 40 professionals across sales, trade and customer marketing, marketing services and education. Prior to TWE, she held various roles in brand management and national account on-premise sales at Trinchero Family Estates in St. Helena. Alexis received her BA from Harvard University and MBA from Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
Alexa is a Direct to Consumer (DTC) thought leader and change agent, passionate about the direct wine business, and committed to the importance of building strong consumer relationships in omni-channel environments. Alexa has spent the last 15 years working in direct marketing and sales in wine and consumer packaged goods categories. Most recently, she was Senior Director of DTC Marketing and Sales at Treasury Wine Estates where she led the demand generation, direct sales, operations, and direct to collector teams for one of the largest supplier-owned DTC wine businesses in the US. She holds a BS in Marketing from Boston College Carroll School of Management and Grand Diploma in Culinary Arts from the International Culinary Center (formerly The French Culinary Institute).
Lisa is an accomplished human resources executive with over 15 years of dedicated experience in spearheading HR strategies and operations within the wine industry. As Vice President of Human Resources at Crimson since 2019, Lisa is at the helm of all HR facets, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, professional development, HRIS, and payroll.
She has a proven track record of cultivating high-performing teams, developing impactful HR policies and programs, and serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
Before joining Crimson, Lisa served as the Human Resources Director at Rodney Strong Wine Estates, as well as in similar capacities at Vintage Wine Estates and Cakebread Cellars. Earlier in her career, she held the position of Human Resources Director at the Orange County Sanitation District in Fountain Valley, CA.
Lisa holds a business degree from California State University, Northridge, and furthered her education with a master’s in human resources and organizational development from the University of San Francisco.
